Plug In America believes strongly in the values of equity and justice. All Americans are guaranteed due process and equal protection of the law under the Constitution. Thus, we are horrified by the bigotry that has resulted in the deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor and so many other Black Americans.

Our organization was founded by people who spoke out because they wanted a cleaner, healthier world for everyone. American history is filled with examples of people who have used their freedom of speech to stand up for what they knew to be right. In that spirit, we stand in solidarity with all those who are peaceably protesting to wake up our national conscience to take decisive action against the terrible stain of racism on our country.
